We work with companies operating at $50M–$500M+ in annual revenue, with current engagements spanning the US, UK, France, Germany, and the Netherlands across sectors including E-commerce, DTC, Food, Beauty, and Travel.
What You'll Do
As a Paid Search Expert, you will own the full depth of paid search performance for our clients, from granular keyword-level analysis to board-level strategic recommendations. You will work as part of project-specific teams assembled around client needs, alongside the Managing Partner and a network of top-tier specialists. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting deep-dive audits and diagnostics across large, complex Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts (think: multi-million keyword portfolios across dozens of nested accounts) Translating granular findings (search terms, quality scores, negatives, ad extensions) into a board-level narrative (acquisition cost, lifetime value, and decreasing marginal returns) Presenting findings and recommendations to C‑suite and board-level audiences at major companies Managing and optimizing campaigns hands‑on when execution is part of the engagement scope Building reporting frameworks, automation, and dashboarding solutions that scale analytical capabilities Collaborating with specialists across other channels (Meta, TV, CRM, measurement) on cross-functional client teams What You'll Bring
We are looking for someone in the top 0.1% of paid search practitioners. Someone who combines deep analytical ability with the communication skills to make complexity simple for a senior stakeholder audience. You should be the kind of person who, when faced with an account of extraordinary complexity, gets energized rather than overwhelmed. Specifically: Significant experience managing and analyzing large-scale paid search accounts with substantial monthly investment Ability to build your own reports and analyses from scratch, whether in Python, Excel, SQL, or a combination A bias toward going deep. You export & dig into the data, rather than optimizing from the dashboard alone. Strong enough command of paid search that you can teach it to a non-expert audience. Comfort presenting to senior executives, translating technical findings into business-level implications Experience across different business models (e‑commerce, marketplaces, DTC, and others) and international markets A hands‑on mentality. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and based on location. We are open to candidates in Europe and the United States. We are open to full-time and contractors.
