Job Overview Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is looking for an Affordable Property Manager with amazing attention to detail and exceptional customer service for the 72‑unit apartment community of Gresham Village Square in Gresham, OR. Amenities at this apartment community include a swimming pool and an onsite laundry facility.

Location:

Gresham Village Square (Gresham, OR)

Hourly Rate:

$29‑$32/hr

Schedule:

Full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 8 AM‑5 PM

Weekly Contracted Hours:

40 hrs.

Additional Compensation:

$50.00 monthly cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities

Day‑to‑day property management including marketing and maintaining property integrity.

Screen prospective residents.

Collect rents, serve notices, and perform property billing.

Develop reports and prepare lease agreements.

Serve as a point of contact for residents and contractors.

Requirements

Two (2) years of customer service experience.

One (1) year of property management experience.

Previous Yardi Property Management Software experience preferred.

Bilingual Spanish and English required.

Basic proficiency with MS365 (Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel).

Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages).

Ability to perform bookkeeping tasks involving rent collection and report preparation.

Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Strong learning aptitude and attention to detail.

Availability for after‑hours emergencies.

Knowledge of landlord/tenant laws, state/federal labor laws, Fair Housing laws, and safety protocols.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Current valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance.

Note: A skills assessment will be conducted prior to extending an offer. A pre‑employment background check is required on all final candidates.
