Title: Structural Designer
Location: Salt Lake City, UT or Remote
Duration: Contract, 6+ months, possible long-term
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Range: $40-60/hr DOE
Hybrid/Remote work schedule
Job Responsibilities
Participate in all aspects of structural project design detail engineering and provide technical support during construction and commissioning.
Experience in the design of industrial facilities with knowledge of applicable industry standards and codes (ASCE, AISC and ACI).
Experience in petrochemical, pipeline and/or mining industries would be a plus.
Job Requirements
Engineering Design Technology Degree, specializing in Structural design or similar degree.
Experience using AutoCAD. Revit or other 3D software is a plus.
10+ years experience in heavy industry required, including concrete foundations and flatwork, building design, and heavy structural steel such as platforms and large equipment support structures.
