We are seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant to join our team and play a key role in attracting and retaining residents by delivering exceptional leasing and customer service experiences.
As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the face of our community, responsible for guiding prospective residents through the leasing process and ensuring a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct property tours and showcase apartment homes and amenities to prospective residents
Assist applicants through the leasing process, including application processing, lease preparation, and move-in coordination
Provide outstanding customer service to residents and prospective tenants to foster a positive community atmosphere
Maintain accurate records and reports related to leasing activities and resident inquiries
Qualifications
Previous leasing or customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with property management software is a plus
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
