Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Professional located in Douglasville, GA. The Leasing Professional will be responsible for engaging with prospective residents, showcasing and leasing apartments, providing exceptional customer service, managing lease administration, and ensuring positive resident experiences. As a key point of contact for resident retention, the Leasing Professional will foster excellent communication and assist with addressing resident inquiries promptly and professionally. Qualifications
Strong Customer Service and Resident Retention skills to build and maintain positive relationships. Proficient in handling Leases and Lease Administration processes with attention to detail. Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with residents, prospective tenants, and team members. Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a team-oriented work environment. Previous experience in leasing or property management is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate or business is desirable.
