Interim Med/Surg/Tele Director - North Dakota
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Interim Med/Surg Director for a critical access hospital in Western North Dakota. Thisposition is focused on culture change and is a great fit for someone passionate about improving patient experience.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven culture change experience within Critical Access or smaller hospitals
Active North Dakota or Compact license
Calm, communicative, and team-oriented leadership style
Full-time, onsite interim role with travel home.
Ability to start within 2-4 weeks from date of offer.
