Chief AI-Driven Creative Strategy Lead

This is a leadership role. You own creative strategy and creative direction across our portfolio of DTC clients. You're responsible for the quality, volume, and performance of creative output. You lead a team of designers, editors, and producers. You interface directly with clients and with our performance marketing partners. You're the person who connects brand insight to creative execution to media results. This is not a pure "ideas" job. You run operations. You manage timelines, workflows, and output cadence. You're accountable for creative that ships on time and performs against benchmarks. If you've only ever been a creative director who "sets the vision" and someone else handles the rest, this isn't the right fit. AI is central to how we work. You should already be using AI tools in your creative process. Image generation, video generation, copy iteration, asset versioning. This isn't aspirational for us. It's operational. You'll be expected to push the boundaries of AI-augmented creative production from day one. What You'll Do The Role This is a leadership role. You'll be expected to push the boundaries of AI-augmented creative production from day one. What You'll Do Lead creative strategy for paid social campaigns across a portfolio of DTC brands. Develop creative briefs, concepts, and frameworks rooted in performance data and brand positioning. Direct and manage a creative team including designers, editors, and motion artists. Own the production pipeline from brief through delivery, including QA and iteration cycles. Collaborate with media buyers and performance teams to optimize creative for ROAS, CPA, and scale. Build and refine AI-integrated workflows across the creative process. Present work to clients and translate feedback into actionable creative direction. Maintain consistent quality and brand standards across high-volume output. Who You Are 7+ years in creative strategy, creative direction, or a related leadership role. Deep experience in paid social creative, specifically DTC and performance marketing. A portfolio that shows work built to perform, not just to win awards. Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (image gen, video gen, copy tools). You know the models by name. Proven ability to manage a team and a production calendar simultaneously. Strong understanding of how creative impacts media performance. Comfortable working directly with founders and senior clients. Bias toward action. You ship work. You don't just talk about it.
