Job Summary The customer service representative will be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers with empathy and speed to resolve issues.
Responsibilities & Duties
Excellent customer care and focus; assess customers’ needs and provide correct solutions.
Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or IVR systems.
Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies.
Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals.
Record, organize and file customer interactions and account changes.
Upsell when appropriate.
Schedule callbacks and appointments to resolve customer needs.
Requirements
Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or related field.
Excellent phone communication and other communication platforms.
Basic computer skills and experience.
Multitasking ability.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Active listening and ability to relay information and answer questions.
