Location:
This is a field‑based, on‑site role based near Moorestown, New Jersey, with travel to project sites throughout the PA/NJ region.
Note:
To be considered, you must have hands‑on field experience with petroleum equipment systems and be able to perform physical field work, lead crews on‑site, and travel overnight Monday through Friday as needed.

Job Description
Lead daily field operations on environmental construction and contracting projects
Work alongside crews performing excavation, trenching, piping installation, tank setting and removal, equipment installation, and concrete work
Supervise, direct, and mentor field personnel and subcontractors
Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project plans to execute work accurately
Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, clients, and subcontractors to keep projects moving
Conduct daily safety meetings and maintain strong compliance with OSHA standards and company safety protocols
Complete field reports, time tracking, and project documentation accurately and on time
Manage site logistics, materials, equipment usage, and field productivity
Identify field issues, changes, and unforeseen conditions and communicate them quickly
Help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality
Qualifications
2+ years of field experience with petroleum equipment systems required
Strong hands‑on experience in construction, excavation, piping, tank work, or related field operations
Leadership ability with experience guiding crews in the field
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving ability
Ability to read plans, drawings, and technical specifications
Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity
High school diploma required
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to pass pre‑employment screening and physical
U.S. citizenship or permanent work authorization required
40‑hour OSHA certification preferred
NJ, PA, DE, or MD storage tank certifications preferred
