We’re partnered with a growing commercial roofing company in the Kansas City area that is looking to bring on a

Service Foreman , and ideally a

Foreman + Helper team .

This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, can lead in the field, and is comfortable handling

service and repair work

on commercial roofs.

What You’ll Be Doing (Foreman)

Lead service crews on commercial roofing repairs and maintenance

Diagnose leaks and identify roofing issues

Perform hands-on repairs across systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, etc.)

Communicate with customers on-site and represent the company professionally

Complete service reports and ensure work is done safely and efficiently

Train and mentor a helper or junior team member

Helper Responsibilities

Assist with repairs, maintenance, and service calls

Support material handling, roof prep, and clean-up

Learn commercial roofing systems and grow into a larger role

Follow direction from foreman and maintain safety standar
