Summary We are seeking an experienced

Marketing Partnerships Campaign Operations Manager

to support global partner marketing initiatives across streaming and entertainment services. This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, creative operations, and cross-functional execution, driving campaign planning, prioritization, and execution across multiple partner channels.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment. You will play a critical role in connecting cross-functional stakeholders, managing campaign workflows, and ensuring seamless execution across global partner marketing efforts.

What You’ll Do

Serve as a key liaison across lines of business (e.g., streaming, music, sports) and partner marketing teams to align on campaign priorities and execution

Manage end-to-end campaign operations including timelines, creative briefs, asset management, and campaign tracking

Lead execution of creative development across formats including static, video (AV), copy, and localization for partner campaigns

Coordinate communication across stakeholders to support go-to-market plans, recaps, post-mortems, and earned media tracking

Collaborate with marketing teams to analyze campaign performance and ensure insights are applied to future campaigns

Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional partners including marketing, business teams, creative teams, agencies, and media partners

Support development and optimization of tools and workflows (including AI-driven solutions) to improve planning, execution, and reporting

Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, scalability, and clarity across complex campaign workflows

What You Bring

8–10 years of experience managing marketing operations, campaign execution, and creative development processes

Experience working with partner marketing across industries such as connected devices, retail, telecom/carriers, financial services, airlines, or similar

Strong experience leading the creative process including briefing, approvals, trafficking, and content selection

Advanced proficiency in Airtable and Keynote, with the ability to present and visualize creative concepts effectively

Experience managing global marketing campaigns across multiple regions and markets

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously

Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity with minimal direction

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience working within a streaming, entertainment, or media organization or agency

Experience building or improving partner marketing processes within highly matrixed organizations

Passion for entertainment, including television, film, music, and sports

Strong understanding of digital streaming platforms and the broader media landscape
