At Panic Disco Pictures, storytelling is at the heart of everything we do. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Video Editor located in Delhi, OH. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing raw video footage into high-quality content for various platforms, ensuring visual storytelling aligns with project goals. Key responsibilities include assembling and trimming clips, adding sound and visual effects, and color correction. This role also involves collaborating closely with the creative team to maintain brand consistency and meet project deadlines. Qualifications Proficiency in Video Editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar Skills in Motion Graphics and Visual Effects including experience with After Effects or comparable tools Basic knowledge of audio editing and sound design Ability to perform Color Grading to ensure polished and visually striking final products Strong understanding of Digital Video Formats, Compression Techniques, and Post-Production Practices Creative eye for storytelling, pacing, and attention to detail in video editing Ability to collaborate effectively and meet deadlines in a team environment Previous work experience in video production or a relevant field preferred Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia, or related field is a plus
