
Infusion Territory Sales Representative

Our client is a national healthcare company that provides home and alternative-site infusion therapy services, helping patients transition from hospital care to home treatment with therapies such as intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG), antibiotics, and nutritional infusions. It focuses on multidisciplinary, patient-centered care through a network of licensed pharmacies and trained clinical staff licensed across many U.S. states.
Salary $90,000 – $120,000 base salary (negotiable based on experience), plus commission and performance-based incentives
Job Summary The Infusion Territory Sales Representative is responsible for driving Chronic and IVIG patient referrals within the Bellevue-to-Everett territory by building strong relationships with clinics, physicians, and payors. This role partners cross-functionally with pharmacy, intake, nursing, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery while achieving revenue, profitability, and market share growth objectives.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, including physicians, clinics, and payors, to generate patient referrals
Collaborate with internal teams (pharmacy, intake, nursing, operations) to ensure high-quality service and patient satisfaction
Achieve territory revenue and EBITDA goals through business development and market expansion
Analyze territory performance and implement strategic growth plans
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and in-service presentations
Address and resolve customer service issues in a timely and professional manner
Support managed care initiatives and assist with pricing submissions
Maintain accurate documentation, including call reports, expense reports, and CRM updates
Develop knowledge of disease states, infusion therapies, and reimbursement processes
Assist with staff training and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Travel within the Bellevue to Everett territory to meet with clients, attend meetings, and support business development efforts
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Healthcare, or related field); equivalent experience considered
Minimum 2+ years of experience in infusion services or related healthcare field preferred
Proven experience in business development, sales, or customer service
Strong understanding of healthcare sales and referral development
Familiarity with reimbursement and insurance processes preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem‑solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
