About The Role
As an
Events Marketing Specialist , you will bring HARMAN Professional Solutions’ brands to life through high‑impact live and experiential marketing.
You’ll plan and execute events across North America—including major trade shows, regional activations, and customer experiences—while serving as the on‑site marketing lead for the
HARMAN Experience Center in Northridge, CA .

What You Will Do Lead Event Execution Across North America
Plan and execute major trade shows (e.g., InfoComm, NAMM, LDI) and regional events
Manage timelines, logistics, vendors, and on‑site operations
Deliver high‑quality, engaging brand experiences aligned with business goals
Own The HARMAN Experience Center (Northridge, CA)
Serve as the on‑site marketing lead for customer visits, demos, and events
Partner with sales, product, and marketing teams to create impactful experiences
Manage scheduling, logistics, and continuous improvements to programming
Collaborate Cross‑Functionally
Work with global and regional teams to execute event strategies
Partner with sales, product, and marketing to support pipeline and engagement
Manage agencies, vendors, and production partners
Drive Performance & Accountability
Manage budgets, forecasts, and vendor relationships
Track event performance and provide insights for continuous improvement
Ensure alignment with brand standards and operational processes
Represent the Brand
Act as a brand ambassador at events and customer engagements
Support executive briefings and VIP experiences
Deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience at every touchpoint
What You Need To Be Successful
5+ years of experience executing large‑scale live events or trade shows
Strong technical knowledge of AV systems, event production, and live environments
Experience managing budgets, vendors, and complex logistics
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in real time during events
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable leading on‑site execution and representing the brand
Nice to Have
Experience working cross‑functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams
High adaptability and composure in fast‑paced environments
What Makes You Eligible
Willingness to travel up to 20% (domestic and international), including evenings and weekends, in support of major trade shows, roadshows, and Experience Center programming.
Willingness to work on‑site in the Northridge, CA office.
Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment post‑offer.

Pay Transparency $84,750 - $124,300 (dependent on the position offered). Other forms of compensation are also available, such as bonuses or commission. Pay is based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill set, experience, training, location, and business need.
