Responsibilities
Gain 100% market share within assigned categories, channels and markets and implement strategic approaches to deliver monthly, quarterly and yearly sales numbers.
Assist Regional Managers or Key Market Managers with training, management of trade shows and coaching other Territory Managers.
Effectively develop programs and sales strategies for key dealers within the assigned territory to promote and consolidate key categories to Diablo/Freud.
Plan for monthly, quarterly and yearly growth while staying within the T&E budget.
Administrative responsibilities include scheduling, placing orders, developing presentations, and other duties that contribute to a collaborative approach to growing the territory’s market share and sales volume.
Maintain consistent communication with direct supervisor about customer and company strategies; attend all conference calls and provide requested revenue planning.
Support RM and/or KMM on program development, sales strategies for key dealers, joint coaching calls, training/onboarding programs, and trade-show management.
Travel minimum 4–6 days per month to meet customers and develop territory managers.
Territory includes Portland and Western Oregon.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing related field or 8 years of commensurate experience.
Proven sales experience within the assigned territory.
Proven effective communication with corporate staff, sales organization and customers.
Strong understanding of sales strategies, processes and approaches.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
