Job Description
Gain 100% market share within the assigned categories, channels and markets and implement strategic approaches to deliver monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales numbers. Assist Regional Managers or Key Market Managers with training, trade show management, and coaching of other Territory Managers.
Effectively develop programs and sales strategies for key dealers within the assigned territory to convert, promote, and consolidate key categories. Plan for monthly, quarterly, and yearly growth while staying within travel & entertainment budget.
Administrative responsibilities include scheduling, placing orders, developing presentations, and other duties that support territory growth.
Maintain consistent communication with direct supervisor regarding customer and company strategies. Attend all conference calls and provide requested revenue planning.
Support RM and/or KMM on program development, sales strategies with key dealers, joint coaching calls, targeted training/development/onboarding programs, on‑the‑job training of Team Members, and management of trade shows.
Travel minimum 4-6 days per month to meet customers and develop Territory Managers (as assigned).
Territory Portland and Western Oregon.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business/marketing related field or 8 years of commensurate experience.
Proven sales experience within the territory.
Proven effective communication with corporate staff, sales organization, and customers.
Strong understanding of sales strategies, processes, and approaches.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
