Remote Commercial Clearance Officer Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for developers, investors, attorneys, and lenders, ensuring seamless communication throughout transactions Prepare detailed settlement statements and pro formas in compliance with lender closing instructions Review clearance documents, title commitments, and requirements to ensure underwriter approval Troubleshoot and resolve complex title issues that require advanced expertise and decision-making Oversee GreenFolders and TitleExpress systems to track progress and meet company standards Deliver complete and accurate closing packages to the closer, supporting smooth settlements Respond promptly to client and partner inquiries while maintaining exceptional service levels
Remote Commercial Clearance Officer Requirements
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum of five years of experience in the commercial title industry Strong knowledge of endorsements, LLC structures, estate law, and bankruptcy legalities Proven ability to handle high-volume transactions with strong attention to detail Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and familiarity with Teams Experience working directly with title underwriters or title companies Exceptional communication skills, professionalism, and ability to thrive in a remote environment
