We are looking for a creative, hands‑on
Marketing Specialist
who is passionate about social media and content creation. This role is ideal for someone who understands platforms like Xiaohongshu (RED), Instagram, and TikTok, and can independently plan, shoot, and produce engaging content that drives traffic and conversions.
You’ll play a key role in building our brand presence through high‑quality, trend‑driven content, while also being comfortable appearing on camera and engaging with audiences through livestreams.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute social media strategies across Xiaohongshu (RED), Instagram, and TikTok
Create engaging short‑form video content, including room tours and lifestyle storytelling
Manage end‑to‑end content production: ideation, shooting, editing, and publishing
Appear on camera for video content and participate in livestreams to engage audiences
Develop and launch marketing campaigns to drive leads and conversions
Analyze content performance and optimize based on data insights
Stay up to date with social media trends, platform algorithms, and student housing market insights
Qualifications
Strong understanding of Xiaohongshu (RED), Instagram, and TikTok trends and algorithms
Proven skills in content creation, video shooting, and editing (editing is required)
Proficient in tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut Pro
Comfortable and confident appearing on camera and hosting or participating in livestreams
Creative, proactive, and able to execute ideas independently
Basic understanding of digital marketing and campaign planning
Background in Media, Communications, Marketing, or related fields preferred
Nice to Have
Experience in real estate, student housing, or lifestyle content
Bilingual in English and Chinese
Experience managing or growing social media accounts
