Digital Omnichannel Media Specialist (Google + Meta / DTC)

We’re looking for a performance-driven media buyer to manage and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).

You’ll own strategy, execution, and optimization—managing $100K+/month budgets and driving growth across DTC campaigns.

What You’ll Do

Build and optimize full-funnel campaigns across Google & Meta

Manage budgets, pacing, and performance (CPA, ROAS)

Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages

Provide clear reporting, insights, and scaling recommendations

What We’re Looking For

5+ years in paid media (Google + Meta)

Experience managing $100K+/month budgets

Strong DTC/eCommerce background preferred

Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV, CAC)

Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution models

This is a contract role with potential to convert to full-time for the right candidate, however will consider 100% freelance as well. Permanent role would require hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office; 12100 Wilshire Blvd Los Angeles).
