Waypoint Academy is redefining education by substituting traditional lectures with adventure‑driven life‑skills development and AI‑powered personalized academics. Students don’t remain seated while instructors lecture—they develop public speaking abilities on hiking trails, cultivate leadership during group challenges, and progress academically at twice the typical pace through adaptive technology.
This position is not conventional teaching. You’ll be coaching K‑12 learners to unlock their capabilities via outdoor workshops and motivational goal‑setting sessions. Your focus is facilitating nature‑based experiences that cultivate practical competencies (concentration, communication, collaboration), not delivering standard curriculum. Individuals committed to high performance who envision a fundamentally reimagined school model excel in this environment. You’ll witness measurable, immediate transformation as students shift from hesitant learners to self‑assured achievers.
Dripping Springs provides Hill Country scenery just 30 minutes from Austin’s technology hub, renowned live music, and culinary scene. Enjoy over 300 sunny days annually, Barton Springs access, and year‑round outdoor recreation.
Coach the transformation. Lead the experience. Submit your application today.
