This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Kitchen and Bath Designer located in Leesburg, VA. The Kitchen and Bath Designer will be responsible for creating detailed and functional designs, preparing project plans, and guiding clients through the design process. The role also includes providing exceptional customer service, collaborating with team members, and managing the sales process to meet customer expectations. Clear and effective communication with customers, contractors, and vendors is essential for success in this role. Qualifications

Proficiency in Kitchen & Bath Design, including functional layout planning and design software skills Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to foster relationships and ensure client satisfaction Experience with Sales and the ability to guide clients through the product selection and purchasing process Knowledge of Cabinetry and related materials, with the ability to recommend products that meet design and functional requirements Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Previous experience in the kitchen and bath design field is preferred Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field is advantageous
