We're looking for a

Content Manager

who can take a well-known brand and make it feel local, relevant, and alive in each of our markets. This role is about

owning our local presence

– creating content that connects with our specific communities, drives foot traffic, and makes our shops the go‑to spot in each town. If you know how to create memorable content that people actually watch, share, and search for – we want you.

Compensation

$50,000 - $55,000 annually (based on experience)

Travel reimbursement

What You'll Own Content Strategy & Execution

Plan and execute a weekly content strategy across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts

Identify trends, create concepts, and consistently produce engaging content that will drive traffic to our shops and catering

Turn everyday shop activity into high‑performing videos

Content Creation (In‑Shop)

Travel between locations to film content regularly

Capture customer reactions, team culture & behind‑the‑scenes, product shots (scoops, toppings, specials)

Create 4‑6 short‑form videos per week

Interviews & Storytelling

Interview guests/customers, team members, and managers

Capture authentic, unscripted moments

Tell stories that highlight our brand, people, and community – stories that customers want to hear

Local SEO + Google Presence

Support Google Business Profiles by uploading photos & videos, posting updates and events

Create content that helps us rank for "Ice cream near me" and "Best dessert spots in [town]"

Event Coverage

Attend and capture in‑store events, fundraisers, and community activations

Create real‑time and recap content

Be available during weekends and key events

What We're Looking For

Proven experience creating short‑form video content (TikTok/Reels/Shorts)

Strong ability to film, edit, and publish independently

Comfortable talking to and filming customers and team members

Creative thinker with a strong sense of what performs online

Willingness to travel between shop locations

Flexible schedule – weekends and events are required

Organized, self‑driven, and consistent

Requirements

Must submit a portfolio or social media examples

Experience with editing tools (CapCut, Adobe, Final Cut, etc.)

Reliable transportation

Comfortable working in fast‑paced, public‑facing environments

What Success Looks Like

Consistent weekly content output

Growth in followers, engagement, and reach

Increased visibility on Google and social platforms

Shops becoming known as "the spot" in each town

Increased revenue in shops and catering that have direct correlation to content created
