E-Commerce & Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and performance-driven E-Commerce & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to support the ongoing optimization of our Shopify website and execution of customer lifecycle marketing programs across email and SMS. This role will report to the Senior Manager of Customer Marketing & Communications and will play a key supporting role in enhancing online customer experience, improving conversion rates, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, collaborative, and highly analytical, with strong experience in Shopify and Klaviyo, and a passion for continuous optimization.

Key Responsibilities E-Commerce & Shopify Support

Support the day-to-day management and optimization of the Shopify storefront

Assist in implementing website updates, merchandising changes, and UX/UI improvements

Help identify opportunities to improve conversion rates through data analysis and user behavior insights

Execute A/B tests and support ongoing CRO initiatives across key pages (homepage, PDP, cart, checkout)

Partner with internal teams and external partners to deploy site enhancements and ensure seamless user experience

Monitor site performance and flag opportunities to improve key metrics such as CVR, AOV, and bounce rate

Conversion & Growth Support

Support the development and execution of initiatives aimed at driving month-over-month improvements in conversion and total sales

Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities

Assist in aligning landing pages and on-site experiences with broader marketing campaigns

Lifecycle Marketing (Email & SMS)

Support the execution and optimization of lifecycle marketing programs in Klaviyo (Email & SMS)

Build and maintain automated flows, including:

Welcome series

Abandoned cart and browse abandonment

Post-purchase and cross-sell/upsell

Re‑engagement and winback campaigns

Assist in campaign setup, QA, segmentation, and deployment

Support ongoing testing of messaging, creative, and timing to improve engagement and conversion

Analytics & Reporting

Track and report on website and lifecycle channel performance

Support analysis across Shopify, Klaviyo, Tableau, and Google Analytics (GA4) to generate insights

Provide recommendations based on data to support optimization efforts and revenue growth

3–6+ years of experience in e‑commerce and/or digital marketing roles

Hands‑on experience working within Shopify environments

Strong working knowledge of Klaviyo (Email + SMS lifecycle marketing)

Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and testing methodologies

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and support decision‑making

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience collaborating cross‑functionally with marketing, design, and development teams

Nice to Have

Experience in DTC or high‑growth e‑commerce environments

Familiarity with CRO tools (e.g., Hotjar or similar)

Experience supporting personalization or segmentation strategies
