Role Description The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading PCS’s marketing strategy, brand positioning, and lead generation initiatives to support company growth. This role provides leadership and direction for all marketing activities including digital marketing, brand management, advertising campaigns, customer engagement, and sales support initiatives.
The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with executive leadership, sales teams, and operations to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals and drive measurable results.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company’s overall marketing strategy aligned with organizational growth objectives
Lead and manage all marketing initiatives including campaigns, branding, digital marketing, and advertising
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
Establish marketing goals, KPIs, and performance metrics to measure effectiveness and ROI
Manage external marketing vendors, agencies, and contractors
Build and scale marketing programs that support rapid company growth and market expansion
Brand Management
Own and maintain PCS brand identity, messaging, and visual standards across all platforms
Ensure brand consistency across marketing materials, advertising, digital platforms, and sales tools
Oversee development of marketing collateral including presentations, brochures, and sales materials
Partner with sales leadership to develop campaigns that generate qualified leads
Create targeted marketing initiatives that support revenue growth and market expansion
Manage customer referral programs and reputation management initiatives
Support sales teams through development of marketing toolkits, materials, and event support
Digital & Campaign Management
Oversee digital marketing strategies including website optimization, SEO, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising
Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Track campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize impact and ROI
Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies (including AI) to improve marketing performance and scalability
Events & Community Engagement
Plan and manage marketing events, sponsorships, trade shows, and community engagement initiatives
Support storm response marketing initiatives and rapid response campaigns
Manage customer engagement initiatives and brand visibility within target markets
Marketing Operations
Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources
Track marketing analytics and provide regular performance reporting to leadership
Oversee marketing materials, branded merchandise, and apparel inventory
Maintain marketing databases and lead tracking systems
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
7+ years of marketing experience with increasing responsibility
3+ years of leadership or strategic marketing experience preferred
Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
Experience working closely with sales teams and leadership
Experience in restoration, construction, or home services industry is strongly preferred, candidates must demonstrate ability to quickly learn industry dynamics if coming from outside the space
Proven experience supporting or leading marketing efforts within a high-growth organization, including scaling lead generation, brand presence, and marketing infrastructure
