What You’ll Do As a Marketing Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day marketing operations and event execution. Responsibilities include:
Event & Meeting Coordination
Partner with marketing leadership to plan and execute events, conferences, and internal meetings
Coordinate venues, vendors, and logistics
Manage attendee communications across internal and external stakeholders
Support ongoing marketing meetings, reporting, and planning sessions
Marketing Materials & Brand Support
Assist in preparing and formatting marketing materials in line with brand standards
Help compile presentations, reports, and communications assets
Maintain inventory of branded merchandise and marketing collateral
Coordinate ordering, replenishment, and vendor payments
Support shipping and distribution for events and stakeholders
General Marketing Support
Conduct weekly industry research and compile insights
Assist with budget tracking and reporting activities
Support team initiatives, action plans, and internal collaboration efforts
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in marketing, administration, or event coordination (flexible based on skillset)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Experience working with vendors and managing logistics
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
