Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Pointcarre
Hands‑on experience creating CADs, repeats, engineered placements, and colorways
Experience developing production‑ready artwork and tech packs
Solid understanding of textiles, soft goods construction, and materials
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
About The Role We are seeking a talented
Home Textiles Designer
to develop and execute designs across bedding, throws, blankets, and decorative soft goods. This is a highly hands‑on role that blends creative vision with technical execution, supporting both licensed and private‑label brands from concept through production.
Key Responsibilities
Design seasonal assortments across bedding and soft home product categories
Create CADs, repeat patterns, engineered layouts, and colorways
Develop trims, textures, embellishments, and construction details
Prepare factory‑ready artwork and detailed tech packs for production
Review and approve samples, strike‑offs, and lab dips
Collaborate with design, sales, sourcing, and production teams
Manage multiple brands and projects while meeting tight deadlines
What We’re Looking For
Strong creative and technical design skills with a keen eye for color, pattern, and detail
Experience working with soft home products such as bedding, throws, and decorative textiles
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
