Our client, an independent insurance agency, is seeking a licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent to join their client service team. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented, service‑driven professional who enjoys supporting existing clients without the pressure of sales quotas or cold calling. The position offers a hybrid work environment, a reduced 4-day workweek, and the opportunity to work with established accounts while utilizing the Applied Epic agency management system. Job Responsibilities
Manage client service requests related to policy changes, billing inquiries, and coverage updates Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and policy documentation accurately and efficiently Utilize Applied Epic and carrier portals for daily account servicing tasks Communicate with insurance carriers to resolve service‑related issues Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client records, ensuring timely follow‑ups Provide professional and responsive communication to support a high level of client satisfaction Qualifications
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required) Previous experience in an insurance customer service or CSR role Familiarity with Applied Epic or similar agency management systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy in a fast‑paced environment About The Company
