Job Summary
Showami is a service that licensed real estate agents use to earn money by assisting with buyer and rental showings, light inspection reports, Open Houses and other real estate tasks. We are seeking licensed real estate agents in
Columbia
and surrounding areas to assist with various real estate tasks.
Responsibilities
Assist with buyer and rental showings
Prepare light inspection reports
Participate in Open Houses and other real estate tasks
Qualifications
Currently licensed real estate agent (Showami can help you get licensed)
Access to the MLS
Experience showing homes in the
Columbia
area
Ability to use an electronic lockbox
Ability to schedule and show homes (full MLS access required)
Compensation Agents will be paid an average of $34 or more per task with the opportunity to receive a tip for a job well done. Often there are several homes shown to a single client. You will be paid for each home shown.
