Tax Manager - Private Credit - Boston - Hybrid
A growing private credit firm is seeking a Tax Manager to support accounting, reporting, and financial operations. This is a hands‑on role within a lean, high‑performing team, offering exposure to complex structures and a highly collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Support day‑to‑day accounting operations
Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors and assist with tax compliance and filings
Maintain general ledger and assist with month‑end and year‑end close processes
Prepare financial reports and support consolidated reporting across multiple entities
Reconcile investment accounts and support cash‑flow tracking across entities
Improve processes where needed
Assist with internal controls, documentation, etc.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA preferred
5+ years of accounting experience, private credit exposure highly preferred
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
