on AUM + annuity production A three-meeting advisory process that converts (and you'll be trained on it) You'll work with retirees and pre-retirees who need real guidance, real planning, and real relationships. That's where you come in. The firm handles the seminars, the marketing, the leads. You handle the relationships, the recommendations, and the closes. Ideal candidates are Series 65 licensed, have experience with annuities and retirement income planning, and are the kind of advisor who genuinely lights up in a client meeting. Year 1 OTE around $150K . Long-term home base: The Villages, FL. Training will be at all offices across Ocala, Gainesville, and The Villages.
