Job Description We are searching for a reliable and detail-oriented
Public Relations Coordinator
to support communication efforts, client relations, and internal coordination at our Washington location. This role works closely with team members to ensure consistent messaging, organized records, and smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating public relations activities and client communication initiatives
Maintain organized records of communication materials, outreach efforts, and client interactions
Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and informational materials
Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on messaging and objectives
Help coordinate events, meetings, and public-facing activities
Monitor feedback and report updates or concerns to supervisors
Qualifications
High school diploma or Associate degree preferred; degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field is a plus
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
