
Supervisor, Digital Marketing

Supervise the creation, development and production of digital marketing initiatives and oversee the company's digital presence to support brand reputation, business priorities and audience engagement.
Oversee the planning, design and production of digital communications to support external communication programs, including but not limited to:
Public advocacy
Safety
Recruitment and public awareness.
Supervise the evaluation of digital communications projects and provide recommendations for improvements, innovations, development of additional electronic communication channels and content.
Consult on creative aspects of web page design and content with a focus on user experience, accessibility, and navigation best practices.
Maintains the company's digital image ensuring content is optimized for digital channels, meets all brand standards, and leverages new ways to engage digital audiences.
Implement Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)/ Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to ensure content is optimized for digital channels, including AI-driven search engines, to improve discoverability and performance.
Research and apply emerging trends in digital marketing, UX design, and technology to keep strategies current.
Develops and oversees analytics to determine success of programs and desired outcomes.
Collaborate with PR and other teams to ensure integrated campaigns across all digital channels.
Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job.

What You Will Need
Preferred Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field Thorough knowledge and expertise related to: Digital marketing principles and positioning Communicating through use of digital mediums Writing & structuring online content for clarity and engagement Website content management systems, usability and user experience best practices Analytics tools for measuring UX and engagement Understanding of SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies. Experience with a variety of the digital marketing concepts, practices and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Experience identifying, researching and analyzing trends to assure communications meet current technical and creative standards. Experience compiling and preparing project specifications, reports and correspondence. Serves as the primary liaison with internal partners to ensure corporate outcomes are identified, measured and achieved. Experience interacting, critiquing, guiding, and communicating effectively. Experience leading people and managing multiple projects, including direct supervision of team members.
