The Director will oversee new business opportunities, drive strategic plans for growth, and generate leads to support organizational goals. They will also manage client accounts, negotiate contracts with external partners, and build long-term relationships to support the shelter’s mission and initiatives. Qualifications Strong expertise in New Business Development and Business Planning Experience with Lead Generation and crafting growth strategies Skilled in Contract Negotiation and handling agreements with external partners Solid background in Account Management and building long-term relationships Exceptional organizational and communication skills Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred) Experience in the nonprofit or animal welfare sectors is an advantage
