Client Relations Associate

Synaptic, Inc. is seeking a Client Relations Associate to join our growing team. This is an entry-level, in-person role focused on building relationships with customers, supporting brand representation, and contributing to customer acquisition efforts inside partnered retail locations. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, developing communication skills, and gaining hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and client-facing roles. What You’ll Do

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers Engage with customers to introduce products, services, and promotions Provide accurate information and answer questions based on customer needs Assist with new enrollments and service-related support Represent client brands in a professional and engaging manner Work with your team to meet daily and weekly performance goals What We’re Looking For
