Senior Product Marketing Associate (Temp-To-Perm)

Overview A leading investment management firm is seeking an Product Marketing Associate to join its growing Marketing team. This individual will play a key role in developing and executing high-impact marketing content that supports product positioning, fundraising efforts, and client engagement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional with experience in asset management or financial services who enjoys translating complex investment strategies into compelling, client-facing materials within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing content to support new product launches, including presentations, fact sheets, DDQs, and other core deliverables

Partner with investment, product, IR, operations, compliance, and legal teams to create cohesive and accurate messaging across all materials

Craft compelling narratives that clearly articulate product positioning, competitive advantages, and market opportunities

Conduct market and competitor research to inform messaging strategy and enhance product differentiation

Support the development of investor-facing materials, including insights, webcasts, sales communications, and campaign content

Contribute to go-to-market initiatives aligned with broader firmwide priorities

Assist in building messaging frameworks and thematic content tied to market trends and investor needs

Ensure consistency in tone, branding, and messaging across all marketing collateral

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

4+ years of marketing experience within financial services, preferably asset management or private markets

Experience developing institutional-quality marketing materials (presentations, DDQs, fact sheets, etc.)

Strong understanding of financial markets and investment concepts

Familiarity with private markets and institutional client segments preferred

Exceptional written communication skills with strong attention to detail and quality control

Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

Education

Bachelor’s degree required (B.A. or B.S.)
