Responsibilities
Sales Support, Deal Execution & Planning a. Support the sales team through: i.Sales meetings, internal strategy sessions, and partner calls ii.Creation of pitch decks and proposals iii.Development of deal points, inventory specs, and activation plans b.Translate sold assets into clear execution plans including: i.Defined deliverables ii.Timelines, specs, and deadlines iii.Internal and external stakeholder alignment c.Assist in building customized sponsorship packages aligned with partner objectives
Fulfillment & Activity Tracking a. Execute all partnership fulfillment activities across weekly, monthly, and annual timelines b.Utilize SponsorCX (or CRM tools) to: i.Track deliverables ii.Monitor fulfillment status iii.Ensure contract compliance c.Maintain detailed records of all partner activity and fulfillment progress
Partner Communication a. Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for assigned partners b.Maintain proactive communication regarding: i.Deliverables ii.Timelines iii.Status Updates c.Ensure a high level of service and responsiveness to partner needs
Internal Coordination a.Collaborate cross-functional with: i.Creative & Brand Advancement (Graphics, video, editing) ii.Events & Game Day Operations iii.Sales and leadership teams iv.Working in conjunction with Operations coordinator b.Ensure all creative assets are: i.Requested on time ii.Aligned with specs iii.Delivered according to deadlines
Execution Management a.Oversee and execute all elements of sponsorship fulfillment including but not limited to: i.Signage and in-venue activations ii.Digital and social assets iii.Hospitality, tickets, and merchandise in conjunction with Operations coordinator iv.Promotional and experiential activation v.etc b.Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and at a high standard
Inventory & Operations Management a.Assist in managing sponsorship inventory including but not limited to: i.Availability Tracking ii.Coordination with sales and data teams b.Work with vendors and internal teams to: i.Procure assets ii.Manage timelines iii.Ensure on-time delivery with the operations coordinator
Event & Game Day Execution a.Coordinate and execute all partnership elements tied to events and game days in conjunction with Operations coordinator b.Act as an on-site problem solver to ensure seamless delivery of sponsor assets c.Serve as liaison between partners, events team, and internal stakeholders
Client Relationship Management a.Build and maintain strong relationships with partners b.Support account management across local, regional, and national sponsors c.Assist in hosting and engaging partners during events and hospitality experiences.
Internship Program Support a.Assist in managing and developing the internship program in conjunction with the Director, Project Management: i.Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training ii.Assigning and overseeing intern responsibilities tied to fulfillment activities iii.Providing mentorship and professional development guidance b.Ensure Interns are integrated into: i.Event Execution ii.Partner Communication iii.Operational Workflows iv.Recaps v.Agendas and meetings vi.Other duties as assigned
Sports Liaison a.Act as a liaison for specific sports to attend on behalf of SKE to relay partner information, important news, etc. i.Meetings will be set up and established by the VP, Operations.
Database & Reporting (Current Salesforce/SponsorCX CRM Systems) a.Maintain accurate data entry and tracking across CRM Systems b.Support reporting on: i.Fulfillment status for assets ii.Partner activities and notes iii.Inventory usage c.Ensure all partnership data is up-to-date and actionable for internal teams.
Administrative support for senior leadership including all VP and above-level employees when needed
Other duties as assigned by leadership team
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work background)
Demonstrated track record of success in a sports marketing environment supporting a sales group is strongly preferred.
A history of success in a media, entertainment or sports organization would be strongly preferred.
Experience in a customer service/support role is essential.
Diligent self-starter and project manager
Innovative, energetic, and self-motivated
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Superior knowledge of the MS suite with an emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with CRM (Salesforce/SponsorCX) tools and systems management skills would be preferred.
Experience working with Digideck software skills would be preferred.
Client facing abilities – poised with the ability to present in a business setting.
