Ability to oversee campaign planning, creative briefing, content production, and asset delivery
Across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
Experience with deep paid social
Strong creative sensibility with the ability to concept, brief, and optimize platform-native content
Partner with creative, production, and influencer teams to develop social-first assets including UGC, short-form video, static creative, and carousels.
Advanced analytical skills with experience using UTMs, pixels, tracking, and reporting tools
Day to Day: Insight Global is looking for a Creative Social Media Strategist to lead social-first creative and paid social strategy across platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, and emerging channels. This role blends creative storytelling with performance optimization, owning programs end-to-end—from concepting and briefs to testing, production, and insights, while partnering closely with creative, analytics, brand, influencer, and media teams. Positioned within the creative strategy organization, this leader drives full-funnel impact and ensures paid social directly supports broader marketing and business goals. This is a 6 month ongoing contract and pays $50-55/hr.
