Marketing and Outreach Specialist
NDAD, Grand Forks, ND, United States
NDAD is seeking a Marketing & Outreach Specialist to help increase awareness of our programs, build community partnerships, and support marketing efforts across North Dakota. This role combines content creation, outreach and event management to strengthen NDAD's impact statewide.
Responsibilities
Build relationships with referral partners (schools, healthcare providers, agencies, etc.)
Support marketing content for social media, newsletters and website
Assist with public relations and consistent messaging
Represent NDAD at community events, fairs, workshops and presentations
Track outreach activities and share insights with the team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field
2-3 years of experience in marketing, outreach or PR preferred
Strong communication, writing, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media platforms
Valid driver's license + regular statewide travel required (ND)

NDAD offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits package to include options for health, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, paid holidays and a retirement plan. Schedule is primarily Monday - Friday with occasional weekends depending on events.
