Currently supporting clients within home improvement and water distribution industries, MZGC Inc. is looking for an ambitious Brand Representative to join our growing sales and marketing team!
This individual will focus on customer engagement in order to increase client profitability and provide an exceptional customer experience. The role utilizes direct marketing strategies, and will involve face to face sales within a retail setting. The ideal candidate possesses a goal-driven, competitive nature - those who have experience working retail or representing brands with confidence and professionalism are encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities:
Act as an ambassador to represent client brands within our
client's retailers t
to build trust and brand loyalty
Provide an exceptional customer experience by presenting the customers with that products and services that aligns with their needs
Obtain a deep understanding of client products and stay updated on the latest sales strategies.
Collaborate with our sales team to meet goals and drive overall team success.
Requirements:
1-2 years of customer service or retail sales experience is preferred, but not required.
Strong conversational skills.
Must have a reliable form of transportation.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and industry trends.
Student mentality, self-motivated with a focus on problem-solving.
