Community & Content Lead

Looking for a creative, community-minded person who is strong in ASL, content creation, and social media .
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable on camera, understands how to create engaging content, and enjoys building real connections within the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community.
What this person would help with:
Creating short-form ASL and social content
Supporting social media presence across platforms
Representing the brand at local community events and gatherings
Building relationships with community members, creators, and partners
Helping grow visibility, engagement, and trust
Looking for someone who is:
Fluent in ASL
Strong in social media and content creation
Comfortable being public-facing and on camera
Organized, self-directed, and collaborative
Based in or near Austin for occasional in-person events
Experience in community engagement, creator work, outreach, or marketing is a big plus.
