Remote Sales & Business Development Representative (Europe)
Location: Germany / Netherlands / France / Europe (Remote)
We are a growing manufacturer specializing in rubber conveyor belts and industrial rubber products. We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Representative located in Europe to develop new customers and manage regional sales.
This is a remote position. The candidate will work from their own country and represent our company in the local market.
Responsibilities
Develop new customers in the European market
Manage B2B sales for conveyor belts and rubber industrial products
Identify distributors, OEM customers, and industrial users
Conduct customer meetings (online & in-person when needed)
Prepare quotations and follow up on offers
Market research and competitor analysis
Build long‑term customer relationships
Achieve sales targets and grow regional revenue
Requirements
EU citizenship or valid work authorization within the European Union (required)
Experience in conveyor belt, rubber, or industrial products sales (preferred)
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales / business development experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Fluent English (additional European languages are a plus)
Located in Germany, Netherlands, France or other European countries
Ability to work independently and remotely
Existing industry network is a strong advantage
