
Senior Product Developer – Human Factors (HFE)

As a Senior Product Developer (HFE), you will apply your Human Factors expertise across the full product lifecycle, supporting the development and commercialization of medical devices. You will work collaboratively with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality, user-centered outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Execute Human Factors Engineering activities across the product lifecycle
Plan and conduct user research, usability studies, and risk-related analyses
Translate user insights into clear, measurable design inputs
Contribute to product definition, concept development, and design outputs
Support project planning, estimation, and delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Lead and support team members on project activities
Ensure compliance with QMS, design controls, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications & Experience
5+ years’ experience in product development or design roles
Experience in medical devices or regulated industries
Background in Human Factors / Usability Engineering
Experience across multiple stages of the product development lifecycle
Strong user research, usability testing, and analysis capability
Knowledge & Skills
Human Factors Engineering principles
Usability evaluation and UI/UX design
Additional Requirements
Experience working in cross-functional teams
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Relevant degree in Human Factors, Engineering, Design, or similar
