Job Title: Customer Service & Sales Representative Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and customer‑focused Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, managing booking requests, and ensuring a smooth and efficient reservation process. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, problem‑solver, and team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, or online systems

Accurately enter and update booking information in the reservation system

Provide customers with information about services, availability, pricing, and policies

Assist customers with changes, cancellations, and special requests

Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of company offerings and promotions

Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met

Ensure all reservations are processed efficiently and accurately

Maintain records and prepare reports as required

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, etc., in a timely and professional manner

Resolve product or service issues by identifying the problem, offering solutions, and following up to ensure resolution

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Handle complaints with empathy and professionalism

Process orders, forms, applications, and requests as needed

Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction

Days & Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm

Pay Structure: Salary + Commission: $45K start (with key performance metrics offering immediate 5K jumps if achieved)

1% Commission on Sales, paid monthly in arrears (first 12 months will typically equate to 1m – 1.3m sales, equivalent to 10k-13k commission)
