Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end production of weekly email programs and in-app campaigns, ensuring every communication meets a high standard for quality.
Translate campaign strategies into detailed marketing briefs and structural wireframes for the email operations team.
Act as the final line of defense by meticulously reviewing test emails and in-app builds to ensure they match wireframes and function perfectly.
Develop and optimize data-driven acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies specifically for consumer payments products.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Analytics, Design, and Business teams to align on program goals and manage conflicting timelines.
Design and execute A/B testing frameworks, using data-driven insights to refine messaging and improve key performance metrics.
Minimum Qualifications
7+ years of experience leading lifecycle marketing programs, ideally within consumer payments or high-scale fintech.
Hands‑on experience executing and optimizing Push Notifications, Email, and In-App messaging.
Deep experience in project management with a zero‑error mindset. Must be comfortable managing high-volume, weekly deadlines.
Ability to solve problems using data and translate analytics reports into actionable marketing optimizations. SQL not required.
Demonstrated ability to stay organized and maintain attention to detail while managing multiple stakeholders and tight turnaround times.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience at a Big Tech firm (e.g., Uber), a major Fintech (e.g., Block, PayPal), or the credit card division of a traditional bank.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate complex, international teams and resolve conflicting priorities.
Ability to articulate a strong point of view clearly and succinctly to both senior executives and technical contributors.
Experience working within large-scale organizations where following specific operational “check-the-box” workflows is critical for success.
