Clean Energy Ambassador

Sundial is seeking motivated, outgoing individuals to join our growing team of Energy Ambassadors. In this role, you’ll engage homeowners through door-to-door outreach, helping New Hampshire homeowners explore ways to lower their energy costs with heat pumps, solar power, and electric cars.

What You’ll Do

Engage New Hampshire homeowners through door-to-door canvassing

Start friendly, professional conversations about reducing energy costs and converting to clean heat and clean energy

Ask discovery questions to determine if Sundial's solutions are a good fit

Educate homeowners on heat pump, solar and battery benefits, including cost savings, incentives and financing options

Assess home's viability for our clean energy solutions

Generate qualified leads and set appointments and for Clean Energy Advisors

Build trust and rapport through clear, transparent communication

Address questions and concerns with confidence, honesty and professionalism

Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and feedback in CRM system

Represent the company with a positive presence

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Outgoing, confident, and self-motivated personality

Comfortable approaching dozens of new people daily and able to bounce back from rejection

Competitive mindset with a desire to grow income based on performance

Reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to keep track of details

Work hours are generally between 12pm-7pm

Other Requirements

We will be conduct required in person training in the Concord, NH area during the week of April 13 or April 20.

Driver's license and access to vehicle or other transportation to and from target neighbourhoods

Ability to work early evenings and some weekends

Ability to walk up to several miles per day

Preferred (not required)

Experience in door-to-door sales / canvassing, retail sales, or customer service

Knowledge of heat pumps, solar, or whole-home battery backup

Experience with CRM

Modest base bay for meeting objectives + uncapped commissions

Performance-based bonuses and incentives

Paid training and ongoing mentorship
