Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an Account Manager for a creative marketing and branding agency client. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Minneapolis.
POSITION OVERVIEW: The Account Manager serves as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, strong relationships, and successful project execution. This role is responsible for guiding projects from strategy through delivery while maintaining alignment with scope, timelines, and client expectations. The ideal candidate brings a balance of relationship management, strategic thinking, and operational organization to drive exceptional client experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring a positive client experience
Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables while proactively addressing risks and proposing solutions
Lead client meetings, set clear agendas, and ensure alignment on next steps and deliverables
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure clarity, direction, and successful execution
Maintain overall account health by tracking progress, budgets, and client satisfaction
Translate performance insights and strategic recommendations into clear, actionable client communications
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience managing client relationships within a creative, marketing, or digital agency environment
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
Clear, confident communication skills with both clients and internal teams
Familiarity with digital marketing, branding, and web-related projects
Experience using collaboration and project management tools such as Asana, Airtable, Slack, or similar
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: This role offers a base salary of $80,000–$95,000, in addition to a performance-based bonus and health insurance offset. Employees are eligible for a 401(k) plan with a 4% safe harbor match, along with paid holidays and floating holidays.
