Job Description TCW Trends, Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented and experienced candidate for the full‑time position of

Senior Production Coordinator

(APPAREL) preferably with club‑store experience such as Sam’s Club or Costco. This person will coordinate all aspects of production, including costing, product development, scheduling, T&A management, production process, and data entry.

Coordinating Production

Costing and Product Development:

Collaborate with customers and factories to finalize product designs and costs.

Scheduling:

Create and manage production schedules (T&A reports) to track progress and ensure timely delivery.

Tech Packs and Purchase Orders:

Review and verify technical packages and purchase orders before transferring them to overseas offices/factories.

Production Samples:

Review and approve production samples – fabric, lab dips, strike‑offs, accessories, trims, and layout.

Data Entry:

Accurately enter production data, including orders, inventory, and shipping information, into company systems.

Communication and Collaboration

Customer Communication:

Serve as primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and concerns regarding production, shipping, and delivery.

Overseas Office and Factory Communication:

Coordinate with overseas offices and factories to ensure smooth production, resolve issues, and communicate updates to customers.

Internal Collaboration:

Work with internal teams and logistics department to ensure seamless communication and delivery.

Managing Quality Control and Inspections

Lab Tests and Final Goods Inspections:

Coordinate and manage lab tests for fabrics, garments, and final goods inspections to meet quality standards.

Production Monitoring:

Monitor production processes to identify potential issues or delays and take corrective action as needed.

Shipping and Logistics

Shipping & Documentation:

Prepare and manage shipping reports to track shipments and ensure timely delivery; verify shipping invoices for accuracy.

Courier Management:

Track couriers, open packages, and verify contents.

Additional Responsibilities

Attend pre‑production and production meetings; prepare required reports.

Perform other duties as assigned by management or supervisor.

Qualifications / Skills

Education: AA or BS/BA in a relevant field.

5+ years of experience in apparel production and/or product development.

Experience with woven and knitwear.

Basic knowledge of technical requirements for testing fabric, trims, and garments.

Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
