At Storm Smart, our success depends on people, productivity, and procedures.

The Brand Ambassador will represent Storm Smart at various events, trade shows, and Home Depot Stores, showcasing our range of hurricane protection products. This role involves demonstrating product features, engaging with potential customers, and setting up appointments for in-home consultations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about home safety, possess excellent communication skills, and have a knack for building relationships

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Be the Face of Storm Smart: As the front line of our brand, you will engage with customers, share your passion for home improvement, and display our innovative products.

Drive Sales: Use your charisma and sales skills to drive product awareness and sales within Home Depot stores.

Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and helping customers find the perfect solutions for their home improvement needs.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with Home Depot staff and Storm Smart team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required Skills/ Abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in person, online, and telephone.

The ability to analyze and solve problems as they arise.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer programs.

Effective time management skills.

Comfortable working with members of the public.

Should have a confident manner.

Must be helpful and polite.

An eventual comprehensive understanding of all Storm Smart products and services.
