We are looking for a strategic

Digital Marketing Manager

to lead our digital ecosystem into the next era of AI-driven growth. You will develop and manage a large-scale team to deliver integrated results across SEO, Social Media, and Performance Marketing. This role requires a leader who can balance traditional

PPC and SMO

with cutting‑edge

AI search optimization (AEO/GEO)

to ensure our brands dominate both human‑led and AI‑generated search results.

Key Responsibilities: AI-Driven Search & Content Strategy (AEO/GEO)

Generative Engine Optimization:

Pivot traditional SEO to

GEO

and

AEO

to ensure brand visibility within AI overviews like ChatGPT and Gemini.

Semantic Authority:

Implement entity‑based search strategies and schema to help AI models interpret brand data.

AI Content Pipelines:

Oversee the use of Generative AI to scale high‑quality content production while maintaining strict brand voice standards.

Paid Media & Performance (PPC & SMEO)

Multi‑Platform PPC:

Manage and optimize monthly ad budgets ($30k+) across Google, Bing, LinkedIn, and Apple Ads.

Search Media Engine Optimization (SMEO):

Optimize paid search visibility by aligning bid strategies with real‑time AI search trends.

Data‑Driven ROI:

Utilize

PPC Bid Management

and

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

to maximize ROAS across all paid channels.

Social Media Optimization (SMO) & Integration

Integrated SMO:

Lead

Social Media Marketing

strategies across Meta and LinkedIn to drive brand engagement and community growth.

Cross‑Channel Alignment:

Ensure

SMO

efforts are synchronized with SEO and PPC campaigns for a unified “full‑funnel” marketing approach.

Performance Tracking:

Monitor social signals and engagement metrics to refine content strategy and audience targeting.

Direct Management:

Lead a

16-member team

of PPC specialists, SEO executives, and marketers to achieve monthly KPIs.

Training & Development:

Act as a mentor to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and industry practice for junior team members.

Client Reporting:

Maintain high‑level communication with domestic and international clients, sharing performance insights and ROI data.

Required Skills & Experience

Management:

Proven experience leading teams of

15+ members

and managing 100+ concurrent clients/projects.

PPC Expertise:

Mastery of

PPC Management , Google AdWords, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Marketing.

Technical SEO:

Deep knowledge of

On‑Page/Off‑Page Optimization , Google Webmaster Tools, and GTM.

AI/Analytical Tools:

Proficient in Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and AI‑assisted marketing tools.

Education:

MBA/PGDM in Marketing or a related field preferred.
