Member Service Representative (Account Services)
Location Remote but must live within 60 miles of Virginia Beach 23452
Job Description
Respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high volume, schedule‑driven and structured contact center operation.
Provide information regarding Client’s products and services demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service. Perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs and/or other accounts.
Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive member interaction.
Answer 80 ‑ 100 inbound calls per shift.
Skills & Qualifications
1‑3 years of customer service experience required
Call center experience, retail, service industry, banking
Effective communication and active listening skills
High school diploma
Training (First 6‑8 weeks) Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (could have some onsite days of training)
FLEX Shifts available after training
Full time / Monday - Saturday (Sunday off and 1 weekday off), 12:00pm - 21:30pm
12:30pm - 10:00pm
1:00pm - 10:30pm
1:30pm - 11:00pm
Internet requirements
Must have fiber or cable internet
No wireless internet (T Mobile is not compatible)
Direct access to router
Distraction free environment / Quiet place to work
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Virginia Beach, VA.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50 per hour.
